Having a Personal Trainer has been a game changer for me. Not only do I learn how to exercise properly but I don’t experience muscle pain after my workouts. I get specific questions answered for my personal fitness needs. Nick provides professionalism and knowledge that gives me clarity on how to achieve my overall health.

I am new to Svetness, really cant say much, I've had two visits with my trainer Reggie. It maybe too soon to tell, because of my limited mobility. He has been patient and kind, but Intentionally gave me the whole body workout to show me what im capable of doing workouts safely. Thank 😊 you.

The trainers are knowledgeable, and the professional administrative staff is responsive. It seems to be an organized company that knows what they are doing. Absolutely no complaints!

My experience has been nothing but positive thus far. My trainer is great and my workouts are very challenging which is what I was looking for. If I ask for advice about cardio, diet, etc. he always shares and partners with me on my fitness journey. So far I'm down 15 pounds, getting compliments on my physique and although I'm not a bodybuilder and super super strict on my diet, I'm creating consistent habits that are helping me create a better sustainable healthy lifestyle while seeing results.
