I enjoy my workouts with Tony. He's a great trainer. He explains to me how to do the different exercises. We do basketball, cardio, strength training, warm-ups and cool down sessions. We also do yoga. He's also very patient and patient.

Trainer, Lauren Romero is very accommodating and flexible with my scheduled sessions. That includes location for training. Lauren Romero has been wonderful, patient, and pushes me to the best of my abilities with lots of encouraging words and different workout routines. My mobility and stamina has strengthened a lot. I look forward to each session as I feel stronger each time. I implore you to join Svetness if you want to gain strength and self confidence. Having a dedicated trainer makes a difference.

Shannon Estrada is absolutely amazing. She has helped me so much over the last 3 months. When i injured myself, she modified my workouts so that i could still work towards my goals. She is such a pleasure and pushes me when i need it. I look forward to weight training because of her.
