As someone who has an odd lifestyle just being able to set and forget my meals has helped a ton. I have food ready for me when I need it. Also like that I can prep my own food in the oven. Makes meal prep a breeze

Food was good how ever more then half the time the good was not delivered properly and had to be tossed. So the time u saved not cooking was spent chase for refund or package. Would not recommend
