Love everything!

Just have to figure out how to keep water from spewing out the top. And, would love to see more veges on the menu( Brussels sprouts, cabbage)

Love the robot itself. Quiet, precise and worry free. The meal plan is terrible. Every meal is smothered in salt. Most over 1000mg of sodium. Will stick with my weekly groceries.

I love how easy the ordering on their site is. I just wish I could say what vegetables I don't want. Everything we have had was so good. I have purchased a meal that we didn't like.

I like the concept of the whole aspect of Suvie. We enjoy most of the meals. It is extremely convenient to set and forget your meal knowing there is not much to do after the meal is completed. I only have two small exceptions. One is the amount of processed ingredients in some of the meals. The second is the company used to deliver the meals. I never know when my meals are going to be delivered until the day of delivery and only get an email that day. Never the same day of the week.

Recent customer service experience has been great. There was a window where it was very slow, almost non existent and was terrible.

The Suivie robot oven shipping fast but the food were not. Customer service answered all my questions.

I love this appliance so much and it has made my cooking life so much easier. I highly recommend.
