About Surveypronto

SurveyPronto is an online rewards platform that allows users to earn rewards by completing market research activities such as online surveys and promotional offers. We work with established research partners who collect real consumer opinions to help brands improve their products and services. We understand that earning rewards online can sometimes feel frustrating, especially when surveys are not always available or when a survey cannot be completed due to eligibility requirements. Survey availability, rewards, and payouts depend on user profiles, location, and partner criteria. These conditions are clearly explained in our Terms of Use, which all users agree to during registration, to ensure transparency and fairness for everyone.SurveyPronto is free to use, and users are never asked to pay to access surveys or rewards. When surveys are completed successfully and all requirements are met, rewards are credited according to the terms shown on our website. Processing times and withdrawal options may vary, and we encourage users to review these details to avoid misunderstandings. We genuinely care about our users’ experience and understand that technical issues or questions about payouts can be stressful. Our support team is always available and happy to help review individual cases. We strongly encourage anyone experiencing difficulties to contact us directly, as most issues can be resolved quickly with assistance. At SurveyPronto, we value feedback and continuously work to improve clarity, reliability, and user support. Fraudulent Site In my opinion

The one star reviews on here are correct. Their payout is $25. When I got to $15 I was screened out of every survey. No issue until then. I contacted them and got excuses. No help. It's a total waste of time. I will contact the proper agencies and report this fraudulent site. I encourage others to do the same. Update:9/30/26 : Notice in their response they didn't offer to make it right. They wiped the history clean where it shows disqualified dates ,Surveys, etc. They are suggesting myself and all these other one star reviews are lying. The most fraudulent survey site on the internet .

Response from Surveypronto· Sep 30, 2026

Hello Ricky, We are sorry to see that you decided to characterize SurveyPronto as fraudulent despite the explanations provided to you by our support team. To clarify for other readers, our minimum withdrawal amount is $25, and this requirement is communicated to our members. Reaching a balance of $15 does not trigger any restriction on surveys and has no connection with whether a participant qualifies for a particular study. We reviewed your account after you contacted us. Our records show that your survey activity decreased during September and that you were not regularly attempting surveys. Your account history also shows successful survey credits as well as bonus credits that SurveyPronto has awarded to you on multiple occasions. Survey eligibility and screening decisions are made by the individual survey providers and research clients according to their target groups, quotas and other project requirements. SurveyPronto does not deliberately disqualify members as they approach the withdrawal threshold. Active SurveyPronto members who qualify for surveys and reach the $25 minimum regularly request and receive their payments. You are, of course, entitled to share your experience and to contact any organization you consider appropriate. We will equally continue to respond to concerns based on the records and information available to us. Our support team remains available at [email protected] should you wish to provide details of any specific survey you believe was completed but not credited. The SurveyPronto Team
