Thank you for your feedback. We have checked your account and would like to clarify the situation. Our records show that you requested a PayPal payout on 12 August 2026, and the payment was successfully sent by PayPal on 15 August 2026. We also have confirmation that the payment was received. For this reason, the statement that you were unable to retrieve your funds for two days does not correspond with the payment records available to us. If you are experiencing any issue with accessing or using your PayPal funds, we would be happy to look into it, but we need you to contact our support team directly at [email protected] so we can review the specific issue with you. We are always happy to investigate individual cases, but accurate information is essential when reporting a payment issue. Kind regards, The SurveyPronto Team
