Everything I ordered was packed, sent and delivered quickly. No problems.

No communication. Emailed me and said order was shipped on 12/17. Email on 12/23 saying it actually shipped. 6 days to ship a small order? Horrible.

First of all...I have yet to receive my order. I'm sure the problem is the fact that snail mail was used to ship my order. I would think that paying for freight would mean shipping via UPS or FEDEX. I'm sorry to any USPS workers this might offend...but I am just not pleased with the timing of anything that has ever been shipped via USPS.

When you order a gift card, the webpage shows an actual gift card. You then place the order (where it asks for your shipping address). Then you get an email about your order and the first line says, "Once your package ships...". All of this would lead the consumer to believe that they are getting an actual gift card. However, after a week I didn't get one. So I contacted customer service and they said that they don't ship anything, and that the code is at the bottom of the email. This is fine, but you need to specify when ordering that the customer won't receive a gift card. Also, it's a GIFT card. So it would be nice if Suppz at least would email some sort of certificate that could be given as a gift, instead of a code at the bottom of an email.

its my only 3rd day i m using it but it seems like its good.i m not feeling sick or anything.
