Hello, i have ordered pre-workout on 7th of january and haven't recieved it yet. Emailed to support of suppz and havent recieved any response yet....

I have ordered from Suppz.com in the past mainly because I like the fact the shipping is usually fast and free. Unfortunately it seems as though there claim of shipping being fast is no longer accurate. I ordered some protein and was hoping to get it within a day or two, but it took a whole week. In a time when Amazon Prime can deliver without missing a beat in two days, I would expect that a company that is only 45 minutes away would be able to do the same. A week is just too long, despite a whopping 10% coupon for future purchases, I'll probably take my business elsewhere (Amazon).

Product came after a week when I got their free two day shipping. Got what I wanted just took way to long.

I was sent the wrong pre workout. It had the correct one I ordered on the receipt. I could have sent it back but I was out and didn't want to wait any longer.

I placed my order and made my payment. I tracked my order which said it was delivered, so I called and I was told that no it never shipped. I was told my vanilla protein was expired so I was asked if I wanted it at a discount or chocolate. We like vanilla and I didn't want something 6 months expired. So here we are, still waiting.

i ordered the free samples (that cost $5 to ship) but one of them had expired 7 months prior. Another had no expiration date so I'm not going to try it given the fact that one of them was obviously bad. Shipping was very fast so that is why i give 2 stars instead of 1.

I returned my product a week ago and still haven't received my refund. I wouldn't be upset but I know they have the product. I have called twice to inquire and they just forward me to a voice-mail and have entered returned either of my calls.

I ordered a XL Suppz shirt thinking it was the same as my last tight fit XL shirt, but sadly it's a tent. I was hoping to swap out for a medium, as that's what I normally wear.
