I've ordered from suppz twice and am happy with each purchase. The 2nd time I received my packages in 2 days! Great deals brought me to suppz and I will shop with them again

I have switched to using Suppz.com for my supplement needs when I heard about them on 94.1 WJJO. I would recommend this sight to anyone looking forward to great deals, easy shopping, fast shipping, and free samples with every order! :D

I wrote to the Suppz several times and got no answer. I complained that in my purchase, two of the products came with very short expiration date, but got no answer. I made a new purchase and asked that this time send products with a long expiration date, but got no answer again. I believe there is no communication between customer and the company. There is only the emails they send to us with promotions. In Suppz is like this: buy, pay and bye bye. I'm sorry to write this, but it was my experience with Suppz so far.

I placed order and was very satisfied with quick email and tracking number the very next day. A few days later received a message that the flavor of pre workout was out of stock. After choosing a different flavor I was told that I would receive some extra samples and upgrade my shipping but never got a new tracking number and I'm still waiting on my order.

First time I had my payment rejected by the system because they considered my payment as a fraud (It was not my first time buying from the site). I had to implore to get my products. Second time I made an order # 100167554. Now I receive an e-mail saying that my payment was refund. You did that without any explanation, I was waiting for the products for more than 2 weeks and now I receive that information. I think you must treat better and with more respect your clients. Everything came as expected. Website is fairly easy to use. Free samples come with! Not as many as from complete nutrition or bodybuilding.com but similar at least. Overall great service.
