I was surprised my order came sooner than what I thought it would great price it's always nice to get samples of new products I like to try stuff before I spend a lot of money on something I don't like

I never recieved a confirmation email, shipping email, or any notification about my order.. I couldn't log in to my account immediately after my order was placed, got an error message for 3 days. I sent an email regarding my order status/confirmation, since my card was charged, but never got a response. On the 4th day my login worked, saw my order it said delivered(feb9 at noon), that day was feb 9 at night.. My package showed up on the 11th. Great prices, this isn't the first time ordering from suppz,last time was awesome, just really confused through the whole process this time:/

I was impressed with Suppz.com. Even though they were out of the flavor preworkout that I ordered, they handled the situation perfectly. I received a text stating that they were out of watermelon, and they gave me other options. I texted back my choice, and my package shipped that same day. I was also pleased to find some great samples in with my order. I will be ordering from here again.

Fast, and accurate!

I now see why this was buy one get one free. When I opened the pre-workout that I've been using for a long time, it was very old looking. Looks like it was stored in a humid environment for some time & when it needed to get off the shelves, the company did a buy one get one free promotion. Problem is, I've been using it & it doesn't have the same effect. I actually don't feel any more energetic after taking it like I normally feel. So cheaper isn't aleaus better. Now I have to go to the store & pay more because I need one that works. I've been using the ones I received from Suppz, but I'm getting pretty fed up now & am thinking about trying to send them back. Not a satisfied customer right now.
