Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Communication was good only before payment. After funds were sent, they stopped responding entirely. No goods received. Would not recommend. Also they respond here that proccessed a refund, BUT no refund was issued

Response from SupplyNext wholesale LLC· May 19, 2026
Dear Ed, We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any inconvenience caused. We checked our system and found five email conversations regarding this order, so we respectfully disagree with the claim that there was no response for 12 days. Our team communicated with you and made a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. To clarify, your order was placed on April 13, 2026, but payment was received on April 21, 2026. Before the payment was completed, our team sent multiple payment reminders. Unfortunately, due to the delay, the available stock was sold to another buyer. After receiving your payment, we tried to source the product again and kept you updated regarding the delay. Your refund has already been processed. We value every customer and always aim to handle all orders with transparency, honesty, and professionalism. Thank you, Admin
