They do not care about satisfying customers
Their items are reasonably priced and seems to be of a good value. That is, however, if you receive all the items you ordered. I contacted customer support because an item was missing from my order but they kept replying that it was in transit after a month and a half! They refuse to resolve the issue. Buyer beware - if you have an issue, customer support will not support you.
