Shipping is quite expensive!

I was wary of ever getting a response, but I was surprised and pleased that I got a quick, thorough, and friendly response that fully addressed my inquiry. Very impressive.

I was thankful for the speedy reply. The representative was helpful to give me information. I will follow up with another review when my original purchase card is actually refunded. Although I am disappointed about not having the products I ordered and the fact that I had to reach out just to find this out, I am satisfied with the response from the representative.
