The one thing that I did not like was not having PayPal as an option for payment. This product seems to be difficult to find for the moment, and I am hoping that the length of time for shipping is not as long as it specifies.

First order. Shipping is puzzling

This experience concerns the information sent to me regarding my order that was cancelled. The person sending me the info was JJ. I found the info very helpful and easily understood. Included was reasoning why my order was never filled. I just wish I had this info when I first placed my order and did not have to wait so long to find out it was unavailable.

I ordered a few vitamins and I never received them. So I send a message and in less than an hour I received a message from JJ. He was very helpful and did great customer service, that is why I will continue shopping on this website. Thanks for the prompt response and customer service
