I contacted Supply Center because my product hadn't arrived yet. They got back in touch right away & let me know the manufacturer was experiencing problems with the product and so wasn't able to fulfill my order. The person started the refund process right away without me needing to go back & forth to do so. That was great. I'm very sad I don't get my product, but very pleased with the help I received.
