The item I had ordered was out of stock, but when I inquired about it, the customer service rep was quick to issue me a refund, and gave me a very thorough explanation of why the product was not available. And all this was taken care of on a weekend! Disappointed about the product, but more than happy with the customer service!

J.J. provided good information but sadly, due to circumstances beyond his control, had to completely cancel my order. He never did explain why the S&H charges were exorbitant. The items I purchased totalled under 10oz. Shpg. charges exceeded the items' price!

Shortly after receiving my email note stating that I'd been charged in January but had not yet received my order on February 22, customer representative J.J. replied with an apology, a professional explanation, refunded my Visa payment, and instructed me to contact Supply Center in 5 working days if my Visa account did not register the refund. J.J.'s speedy response to my problem was professional, efficient, and helpful. Thanks to J.J. I'd place an order with Supply Center in the future.
