I ordered a €280 lightsaber a month ago from this website. When i go to check the tracking details, it says the package still hasn’t been shipped. When i emailed support to further enquire, and ask for a refund if the lightsaber was not going to be sent, I heard no response. Would not recommend buying from this company unless you’re okay with throwing your money away.

Je suis plutôt satisfait de mon achat. Le sabre est assez lourd, ce qui montre qu'il n'est pas un jouet, mais un objet sérieux. De plus, I'alliage en aluminium reflète bien la lumière, ce qui le rend vraiment tape-à-I'œil.

I would love to love this lightsaber but unfortunately I cannot. I recieved the starkiller open crystal chamber lightsaber from them for christmas. From the moment I got it their were issues with it from the very vague instructions that were all in Chinese so I was unable to read it. I also noticed that some screws were stripped but thought it was not an issue until the core that was part of the object was broken as it would never charge. Eventually we talked to customer service about it. They were very shady and vague as well as we just requested that we would ship the product back so they could fix it. They kept telling me that they don't do that and they were very slow in emailing us. Eventually I was told I would be given the parts and expected to fix it. Baffled as I had no experience building or taking apart a lightsaber. All they told me was to look for the video and gave me no link for it. Eventually I did find it and that is where the stripped screws come in as I thought they were not an issue. When I showed the customer support person that they told me that it would be a 100 fee for something that was already broken from the start. I was not very enthralled about that and already not happy about this so eventually I demanded for my lightsaber to be fixed or even returned. After that I had heard nothing back from them except the package number from the spare parts from their websites customer service. Eventually 5 weeks later I recived the spare parts only to find them in peices and only the core was working. When I showed the customer service the issue I was again told it would be a 60 dollar fee. Eventually I just demanded for a refund and I told them I could ship it to them but then was ghosted again. Still have not heard back from them. Had to go to the credit card company to file the purchase as fraud. Overall would not recommend this company.

I bought a light saber for my secret santa in November. Still have not reveived the product and our Cristmas party is already finished. When purchasing, delivery was 5 to 10 days. I thought and said no problem as the party is in 3 weeks. Ample time to receive the gift. Over 3 weeks now and still nothing. I had to buy another gift now and when ask the custoner service, all they said is stick at customs, stuck at customs. It surley cannot be stuck at customs for 2 weeks. Still not got my refund yet, however i have taken screenshots of all out conversation so can get my refund back now and if not, speak to the bank. Really bad customer service and all the agent said is, I am only customer service and it is my fault that i did not choose fed ex for delivery. Ridiculous service by the staff.

I recently purchased the Obi-Wan SE × 1 RGB S16 / 32″ (82cm). I have several complaints about it. The saber I received has no charging port and I have to remove the core, then pry the battery out to charge it, in a charging unit. I have NEVER seen a lightsaber without a charging port and I own 5 lightsabers from 5 different companies. I was informed by the company that I was sent an older design and that they do have charging ports on their updated Obi-Wan SE sabers. When I requested that I send the saber I bought back to them in exchange for one of the updated models with a charging port, all communication from the seller ceased. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the saber, or with the way I have been treated by the seller, sending me an inferior model when they have better ones in stock. If I knew the saber was going to be this low quality and that the seller was this dishonest, I would have bought one from somewhere else. I will never do business with this seller ever again. *UPDATE* 11/11/2024 I FINALLY heard back from Superneox. They will NOT swap out the Saber OR give me my money back. But they will ever so graciously sell me another Obi-Wan SE Saber at a discount. What a bunch of dishonest crooks. *UPDATE* 11/14/2024 As you can see by their reply below. Superneox in no way explains why they will not refund my money or allow me to send back the saber in exchange for one with a charging port. They just scold me for leaving them a negative review. I now know from lightsaber fan pages on Facebook, that Superneox is not a lightsaber company, they are just a RESELLER. They purchase lightsabers off of AliExpress and resell them with a marked up price tag. You may as well just buy directly from AliExpress since that's the case. Again, DO NOT buy from these thieves, they will only take your money and run.

Within 15 minutes after I assembled my saber with the charged battery it started malfunctioning. At this point in time it still doesn't work, the blade doesn't light up, customer service is sending me a blade to see if that fixes my problem but I am skeptical. I paid a LOT of money for this item and if it doesn't end up working perfectly I am willing to write negative reviews EVERYWHERE. Nobody should take a customers money for a faulty product.

A great lightsaber for an affordable price

The hilt itself shouldn't have removable buttons, they're constantly unscrewing during doing anything with the lightsaber. Also the blades are a JOKE. Two different blades completely stopped working during a practice combat with my friend. *PRACTICE* combat, meaning we didn't hit each other hard, it was quite slow, we were preparing for a heavy duel and superneox stated that they're blades are heavy duel ready. They are not. Your blades are a joke.
