Product was delivered on when promised and was within our budget

Our SuperLogics Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5545 with water cooling outperformed our air-cooled Lenovo P620 with the same Processor, GPU, and RAM. The SuperLogics machine also costs less. In all fairness, the fans were louder on the SuperLogics and must have been running at speed to keep the internals cooler but you buy Threadripper for processing power not sound!

The shipping was right on time. The OS version came in with no adware. Larger computer suppliers always come with adware. The drives are very fast at accessing audio for our broadcast station. The only slight bad bad thing is that the fans are a little noisy. Although the 2U system is much quieter than the 1U.
