They worked us in before a last minute trip, to fix floor panels under hubby's power chair. They are always friendly! They cannot seem to fix our ramp though, which rattles over every bump or chuckhole in the road. It is fixed for a day after they tighten screws or whatever, but it is nerve-wracking noisy again the very next day. We still think they are great!

Been using these guys for 11 years, they'll bend over backwards to satisfy customers. Good people!
