extremely helpful with not just finding the right vehicle for me, but very support after the sale!!!

We were treated courteously and respectfully from the moment we arrived for our appointment to see a preowned van that we had seen online. The adaptations and vehicle were explained in detail, my husband's power chair was secured and we took it for a test drive. We had to verify the dimensions of my husband's new chair, which took a few days, and our salesman was very patient during this time. We were never pressured to purchase anything. After the new chair was delivered to our home in Bowling Green, KY, Superior Van and Mobility in Louisville sent a driver to pick it up so that it could be fitted for a docking anchor. When we picked up the van the next day, the chair was ready and it took only a short time to install the device in the in the van. Everyone that we met, from manager to mechanics, were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Superior Van and Mobility and their staff to anyone who is in need of a van or mobility device.

A head rest and dvd are missing. I would to have the console back!

Our company has many problems with its lift. Superior always listen to our concerns, show us the proper way to work the lift, answers our questions. Great customer service every time we call or in the shop. Christy and Gill are so friendly and treat us like family and friends. Highly Recommend!
