Thank you very much for your honest review. We truly appreciate it. Please allow me to explain. We would genuinely like to pre-install the app or include a printed setup guide, but this is not permitted in some states. Customers can therefore search for setup tutorials on YouTube or contact us directly, and we will guide them through the setup process. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we will continue looking for ways to improve the experience. In any case, should you experience any issues using the product in the future, please contact our technical support team. They are available 24/7, including Sundays, and will be happy to assist you. You may also reach us via WhatsApp or email, and we will gladly help. Thank you once again for your support.
