Ever since the reptiles died it’s been scammer and scumbag city, until I found a ray of sunshine shining through. I was very impressed with how they handled a small situation that we had and they did more than necessary to make sure I was pleased. Their quality is 100 but it’s the service that really makes them amazing.

After an initial hiccup, This company has shown themselves to be Incredibly honest and communicative. Turns out they were experiencing some unforeseen issues and technical difficulties. They were communicative through the whole process. And They did an absolutely wonderful JOB In making things right! Even refunding the money! for those of us who paid for express shipping that didn’t go out on time. However, they went above and beyond to make things right! A+ service. A+ quality
