ordered a bed for a client and it has been delayed three times, bed lost in transit. a new bed from another warehouse and headboard dissapeared by the time it reached the local hub. Now another two month delay to get another headboard to the hub. So an early August delivery is now end of November and still feeling uncertain. Do not order from them. This is beyond incompetent.

They are the worst company ever. It's a scam!! I had ordered them in May, was told it will be delivered in September. I just received an email saying it got delayed that I won't get it til November. I canceled the order for money back and now they are telling me it was a mistake and it will be delivered next week. I am trying to contact them because I dont want their product anymore and no one is responding.

It seems that my story is just a repetition about this failed company! I purchased a dining table and 2 chairs plus a bench, $4500 worth!. But the issue is not the price. It is that after they withdrew the money, I never heard of them, or their delivery schedule! I have been waiting for any update, but none have been received! I called the store many times, but they have no clue about what is happening. For 10 days they keep repeating that their "team" is on it! and finally they stopped answering the phone! It is a disaster company! And the saga is still on!

Do NOT buy a couch from Sundays Company. For the price, they deliver terrible quality. The cushions are plasticky, the cushions do not fit over the inserts adequately with zippers that are too short, the material is rough, and the cushions are overfilled and stiff, which lends to being very uncomfortable while sitting. Steer clear, I would do anything to send it back.

I purchased a Still Coffee Table (Marble and White Ash) from Sundays in February 2023. Shortly after delivery, the table already had an issue, and I requested a replacement. Instead of replacing it, Sundays offered me a $450 partial refund, which I accepted. At no point was I told that accepting this refund would make the table a "final sale" or void any future warranty coverage. Recently, a lightweight plastic container filled with dates accidentally fell from about one meter onto the corner of the table. The plastic container remained completely intact, but the stone tabletop chipped immediately. For a premium stone coffee table, this level of damage from such a minor impact was completely unexpected. I provided detailed photos and videos showing what appears to be poor bonding between the stone and the support underneath and asked Sundays to investigate the possibility of a manufacturing defect. Their response was simply that the damage was caused by impact and therefore not covered under warranty. Only after several rounds of emails did they introduce a completely new reason for denying my claim, saying that the table had become a "final sale" because of the partial refund I accepted over three years ago. This was never mentioned during the original resolution or in any of their earlier responses regarding my current claim. What disappointed me most was not just the warranty decision, but the way the case was handled. My concerns were dismissed without addressing the evidence I provided, and new reasons for denying the claim were introduced only after I challenged their initial conclusion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sundays. I expected better product durability, clearer communication, and a more transparent customer service process.

I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing from Sundays. I ordered a Movie Night sectional and waited over a month for delivery. When it finally arrived, an entire corner section was missing, leaving me with half of a couch that couldn’t even be used. After investigating, Sundays admitted the missing piece had never even made it to the delivery company—it was lost due to their own fulfillment error. Their solution? Wait another 2–4 weeks for a replacement. They also offered store credit instead of an actual refund, despite the fact that they failed to deliver the product I purchased. After waiting another month, the replacement still wasn’t delivered on the promised date. At that point, I had spent over two months chasing a couch I had already paid for. Throughout this process, I was the one constantly following up. There was no proactive communication, no urgency, and no meaningful accountability. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card because I never received the complete sectional I ordered. For a premium furniture company charging premium prices, this level of fulfillment and customer service is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. Sundays repeatedly missed commitments, failed to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe, and left me with an unusable product.

My story is similar to another reviewer. I ordered two stools from Sundays on 2025 Black Friday. After 6 weeks, I inquired because I still hadn't received them and there had been no updated shipping information. I spoke with customer service twice and emailed twice, always getting the answer that they would "look into it." Finally, they said my order was lost in shipment and that they were cancelling the order and refunding me, as there were no more of the stools that I ordered. I pointed out that they were still selling the stools on the website and that I would like the stools, if possible. I was told they would look into it and I never heard back. Luckily, I received the refund in February but the stools remained for sale on the website for several more weeks. Hopefully other customers had a better experience.

I’m leaving this review based on my experience with customer service, not the product itself, as the bed was never delivered. The delivery window provided at the time of purchase was missed, and when I followed up, I was unable to get a clear or reliable delivery date. I was later told that the bed had left the warehouse, but customer service could not confirm where it was or when it would arrive. Due to the missed delivery timeframe and lack of information, I canceled the order. Despite this, I was charged a $150 restocking fee, even though the item was never delivered and could not be confirmed as returned to inventory. Escalating the issue to a customer service supervisor did not resolve the matter. Holiday delays were cited, but no proactive communication or resolution was offered. Overall, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to waive the fee for an undelivered item made this a frustrating experience.
