Thank you for sharing your feedback, Pamela! We truly appreciate your recommendation, too! Please know that at Sun Coast Sciences, we are genuinely here to support you on your journey to improved health.
First of all the serum is nice but it hasn’t done ANYTHING for my skin, secondly I think it’s overpriced! I would Never buy again or recommend it to anyone. Save your money, there are other products much cheaper.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the serum pleasant to use, though we’re sorry it didn’t deliver the results you were expecting. Skincare results can vary from person to person depending on skin type, concerns, and consistency of use, and many active ingredients require several weeks of regular application to show visible improvements. We also understand your concerns about pricing. Our formula is developed with carefully selected ingredients and quality standards, which are reflected in the cost, but we recognize that value is subjective and different products work better for different individuals. That being said, please know we fully stand behind our product. You’re covered by our 365 Day Guarantee! If you’re not satisfied, just contact us via email or phone for our return instructions or alternative options. We truly appreciate your honest review, as it helps us continue to improve. We look forward to hearing from you so that we may assist you further!
I was happy with the facial serum. However, the complete neck cream made me itch. When I called (re their no hassle return policy) they tried to convince me to keep it and "try it again." When I said I had and I did not want to encounter the itching any longer, they agreed to accept it with ME paying SHIPPING for an item I can't use--so much for no hassle. Then they wanted me to go to the website (even though it stated on website to use phone or internet) to get an RMA and mailing instructions. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Considering going ahead and returning all the 8 bottles of facial serum that I have.

We're really sorry to hear that our Complete Neck Cream did not agree with your skin. We understand how frustrating that must be. Our formulas are made with carefully selected ingredients considered safe and effective for most skin types, but we also know that skin can be unpredictable and everyone responds differently. We absolutely do not wish for you to keep using a product that is causing you discomfort. We're also very sorry to hear that you had difficulties generating an RMA to start the return process. We have had a look at your account and are happy to see that our Customer Happiness team has provided you with an RMA over email. Since we offer free shipping on all outgoing orders, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping cost for items they no longer wish to keep. We are always here to help. We are sorry your experience has not been satisfactory thus far, but we will do everything we can to make this right.
Unfortunately I did not see positive results from the product purchases and followed the RMA directions for the money back guarantee. With that I did get positive results. Although I had to pay for return shipping (no return shipping label was offered), I did receive a timely full refund for my purchase. The process was easy and simple.

Issue began after I placed and an online order. A rep called me to inform me additional items and savings. I was firm I only want what I ordered. She called 3 times. I explained to Hassam. He listened, offered suggestions and finally we worked it out to my demand. He was understanding and considerate. Bravo to this gent. He was helpful, considerate and listened to my needs.

I read so many 1 star negative reviews that I am not going to buy anything. Thank you to those who ordered, paid good money for, and tried these products; plus took the time from their busy schedules to come to this website and give their Honest Opinions in these reviews. You have saved me and no doubt many other’s, plenty of time and trouble, not to mention the all the Money that you have saved us. Thanks so much!
