We understand that our video presentation can feel a bit long. It’s designed that way so that Dr. Rosenberg can fully explain the science behind our formulas, the research that goes into them, and the real-life results our customers experience. Many viewers enjoy getting that deeper insight before making a decision, but we completely understand that some people prefer a quicker overview. If you’d like to skip the video in the future, you can always visit our website directly to read about each product in our online store or check out our FAQ section on the Support page for quick answers. Your feedback helps us continue improving how we share information, and we've passed your comments along to our marketing team for review. We truly appreciate you taking the time to watch and share your thoughts — and we’re grateful for your interest in Sun Coast Sciences!

I’m so sorry for any hiccups with your bottle. What you’re describing is actually something we hear now and then, and the good news is: it usually just means the airless pump needs a little priming. This type of strawless pump is specially designed to keep your serum fresh, potent, and free from contamination. Try turning the bottle upside down and hitting it against the palm of your hand a few times, then pressing down on the dispenser up to 30 times to create the vacuum seal that gets things moving. I'd also recommend viewing this quick video: Using an Airless Pump Bottle https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=W4C3j5hjx1E If you’ve already tried these steps and the pump still isn’t working, no worries—we’ve got your back and will happily send you a replacement. Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 1-888-281-6816 at your convenience. We’re really proud of the advanced science behind our formulas, and I want to make sure you get every last drop of those skin-rejuvenating benefits! Let us know how it goes—we're happy to help in any way we can.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We completely understand that unexpected subscriptions can be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused you, Calvin. This likely happened because you opted for our VIP subscription plan when placing your order. However, we understand that this might not have been clear to you at the time, and it would have certainly caused you a lot of frustration. We can pause or adjust your subscription frequency so you only get shipments when you actually need them. If you did not intend to opt for a VIP subscription plan, we are happy to cancel this for you. Please let us know what works best for you, and we’ll take care of it. We sincerely apologize for the difficulty you had reaching us and for the distractions you heard during your call. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. We’re reviewing our phone procedures to ensure calls are answered promptly and professionally. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve. Once again, we deeply regret that you had a negative experience with our services. However, we are committed to making this right for you.
