Terrible customer service on returns!
I ordered the wrong Sunbrite sound bar for the Sunbrite TV that we bought. So, I contacted their customer support and they provided me with a FedEx label to send it back to there Charlotte North Carolina location. They received that product on July 31. They told me I would have my refund within 10 business days. 10 business days have passed and I have not seen my refund on my credit card yet. Also, apparently they only have a single person who handles a particular case in my case. So I called to speak to him to ask why I haven’t seen my money back yet and he happens to be out on vacation or something. So I asked to speak to someone else and they told me that they couldn’t help me that only that one guy could help me so since he is not in the office until next week, I asked to speak with the supervisor. After waiting for 10 minutes to speak with a supervisor the person came back on the phone and told me no one was currently available and that they would have to call me back sometime. They have my product. They have my money and they have been terrible about communicating with me on the status of the return. I also had bought the correct sound bar from them so they have double money for me for sound bars. I will never buy another one of their products again after experiencing this low level of customer service from them.
