I ordered a Trek helmet and lo and behold I got it two days later. No joke

I purchased 2 new Continental 4000 tires from Summit. They were delivered quickly and without a shipping charge. The experience was fantastic and I will shop here again!

I ordered a set of tires via Summit, as Trek (and every where in my neighborhood) was out of stock of the particular make/model/size I needed. The free shipping sealed the deal and price was less than I would have paid at my local shop. Unfortunately, I never received the original shipment, but through timely, friendly, and professional communication (with Robert), a more than favorable resolution was reached. I received a new shipment in a timely manner and would more more than happy to order from them again.

I bought a Bontrager helmet for my son. Summit offered the lowest price of anyone online or locally. They offer free shipping which is what makes the deal for me. The offered a difficult to find product which my son loves.

I placed my order and received no communication other than receipt of my order until Trek contacted me directly informing me that they had mixed up my order with an order meant for a store in Napa. To make a long story short, Tonja, the representative at Trek was very friendly and helpful in getting this straightened out. Throughout all of the confusion, Summit Bicycles didn't contact me once. In fact, I was quite surprised to see a packing slip with Summit Bicycles logo on it, as I had gotten the impression that they weren't involved in the process. As far as good points, They did have the best prices for my items, and the items I ultimately received were exactly as ordered. Given the choice, I would probably try to order directly from Trek next time.

When I received my bike carrier that I ordered it was damaged in shipping. I called Summit Bicycles and spoke to Robert. He was very prompt in handling this matter for me. Within 2 weeks I had my new bike carrier. I also received a follow up call from Robert to make sure that everything was okay. I will definitely shop here again. It was great service. Thanks!
