If it was in small print I missed it, but at the time of pre-qualification it would have been helpful to be aware not to move any money around...as a first time homebuyer I did not know about this and it turned out to be very stressful

Summit was great to work with during the entire house hunting process. Even replying to questions on the weekend to make sure everything was clear and understandable. Anyone can write a mortgage, but consider the 15-30 years of investment you will be making and go with someone that will ensure you are taking care of.

Jeff was by far the fastest LO I can ask for. Everything was so easy and stress free. Jeff answer my email at anytime if the day or night. I never have to wait to get an answer from both my realtor and LO. The whole process from start to close was faster than I thought and easier than I though. I would highly recommend jeff to anyone who looking for a convenient and fast LO.

We really are happy with Summit Mortgage. They are very helpful in many ways. Kyle Cosky was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get the home we wanted in a short amount of time !!:) it was one of the fastest he has ever done and it went completely smooth as it could be !!
