SouthEnd Capital/Stearns Bank came thru for me on a No Doc loan that a client came to me with strong credit and collateral but didn't want to use tax returns. The team came thru like champs and closed this deal is 30-35 days but could have been sooner if the title company were in order. Great experience and can't wait to work with them again.
