Mark Swansen is by far the best man to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable, caring, & has an amazing positive attitude. Thanks to him, my husband & I learned a lot & felt comfortable with the purchase of our new home. Thank you, Mark!

Hello Mr. Morgan, Our records indicate a check was issued to your insurance carrier 18 days prior to the due date. It appears the check was received and cashed by the insurance carrier prior to the due date and we have verified with the insurance carrier the payment was credited to your account. There was not lapse in coverage, and no further action is necessary. It appears there is some miscommunication from the insurance carrier, but we would be happy to have a call with you.
Summit Mortgage took the time to explain the various options to my son and I. It took us 3 weeks to decide which option to select; but every time we had a question, the staff was available to answer the questions or they called us back immediately with the answer. Thanks for the great service.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. All Summit personnel are very knowledgeable. They are able to help explain every detail in simple understandable language and quickly resolve all situations. I would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to others. Thank you all at Summit in making my home purchase a stress free experience.

Mike was insanely helpful in every step of the process. Whenever I was confused, he was a phone call away from helping me.
