From out side it is shiny, impressive and looks rich. From inside nice inner lining but some of the space from bottom is taken up by two bars for handle. I did not like this. Also I expected the lock with key is an additional security, but found out to be for TSA access. Hey, this is carry on bag, never to checked in. This is not clearly explained on internete. This was $600.00 + Will I buy it again or recommend to any body, probably not.

They delivered quickly and suitcase was as ordered. No problems.

As usual, we waited till the last minute to order. I ordered and received the luggage within one week. The exact luggage that was selling at Macy's, Amazon and other stores for $500+ was an incredible bargain on this site for less than $200. We received countless amounts of compliments on our luggage.

Ordered rolling duffel, but manufacturer ran out of color I wanted. Customer Service contacted me immediately and offered alternate colors, one of which was acceptable. They shipped it out immediately and it arrived quickly. Things don't always go as planned, but I judge vendors on how they handle any problems that arise...and these guys stepped up to make sure I was satisfied and informed.
