We recently updated to the latest version of Goldmine and it has been fantastic working with Mark at W-Systems. He is clearly an expert with the program. It was a smooth update and Mark also helped with bells and whistles after the fact. Couldn't be happier!

W-Systems is an amazingly diligent and talented partner. Not only do they understand CRM technology and the ecosystem around it extremely well, but they continue to find new and better ways to support and enable their customers. They do all of this in a friendly and approachable way that makes them a true pleasure to do business with.
