Dear Alan, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the condition of the gasket upon arrival caused concern and that the resolution did not meet your expectations. We reviewed the photos and information provided. Based on our review, the gasket appeared to have been compressed during packaging rather than showing a confirmed manufacturing defect. Gaskets can sometimes require time after unpacking and proper installation to return to their intended shape. We understand your concern, particularly since the second gasket arrived in a different condition. Our team reviewed the replacement request based on the documentation available and provided the recommended steps for the gasket. We’re sorry we were unable to reach a resolution that met your expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
