Very basic .Definitely motel NOT hotel. Booked 2 rooms with “pay on arrival” but money was taken prior to arrival. We were 3 paying separately so that was annoying. Had to order breakfast on check in. Rooms clean but tired. Doors to room shabby and desperately needing painting. Stayed Sunday night .No Indian food . Roast dinner was good. Last food orders @ 7:30. Bar shut at 9. No “bar area” to sit - only dining seating. We were told to leave at 9.30 and return to our rooms as the whole place was shutting. Nothing around the area to walk to, so had to sit in hotel room. As 3 friends on a break we didn’t fancy going to sleep at 9:30! Breakfast basic. Check out by 10:30 . Went to use toilet at 10:31 after loading car . Hotel was locked; told through window by staff that no access in allowed ! Only positive was location - really near Blenheim Palace . Stay somewhere else if you need overnight accommodation

The food was OK (9 of the 11) but the service was very poor. Despite being asked to pre-order all of our meals, the food still took 50minutes to arrive. No one came over to check we were OK or to see if we wanted to order more drinks. The phone could be heard ringing repeatedly throughout our meal as we seemed to be sitting next to the reception area. We were disappointed and would not return.
