We specialize in replacement parts for pellet stoves, wood stoves, gas stoves, and fireplaces, and this has been our sole focus since 2009. From the beginning, our business was built around doing one thing exceptionally well: providing reliable access to the correct stove and fireplace parts, backed by experience, accuracy, and deep product knowledge. Our online store carries more than 15,000 unique replacement parts in stock, making our inventory one of the most extensive available. We stock everything from commonly replaced components to small, model-specific, and discontinued parts that are often difficult or impossible to find elsewhere. This depth allows customers to source complete solutions from a single, trusted retailer rather than piecing together parts from multiple sources. What truly sets us apart is how we support the parts-selection process. Clear product descriptions, detailed compatibility information, and carefully structured categories are designed to help customers confidently identify the correct pellet stove parts, wood stove parts, gas stove parts, or fireplace parts for their specific appliance. Our approach is grounded in real-world understanding of how these systems function and how individual components work together. We serve both DIY homeowners and industry professionals nationwide who value accuracy, consistency, and respect. Our reputation has been built over time by staying focused on this space, stocking what others don’t, and helping customers move forward with confidence by getting the right replacement part the first time.

I ordered the wrong part and it was over the 30 days, but unopened and I wanted to have a replacement. The company are reviewing if I can have my money back minus a restocking fee which would be acceptable. Let’s see what happens next week

I ordered a part from this company after reading that they accept returns for credit. The part did not fit and is still in the original packaging. They don't respond to my requests for returns. I contacted ebay and they fought against me. I still have the useless part. will never trust them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with!

We’re genuinely sorry for the delay associated with this order. Waiting months for parts—especially for a heating appliance—is understandably frustrating, and we recognize that this experience did not meet expectations. This order included multiple special-order items that were subject to manufacturer backorders and extended supply-chain delays during that period. While we worked to obtain updates and ship items as they became available, the lack of firm timelines from manufacturers resulted in a longer wait than anyone would want. We never want customers to feel overlooked or dismissed, and we regret that this situation left that impression. Our team works hard to communicate updates as information becomes available, but when manufacturers are unable to provide reliable ETAs, delays can unfortunately extend beyond initial estimates. We appreciate the feedback and take situations like this seriously, as they help us continue improving how we communicate and manage extended lead-time orders.
Didn't work for me. I carefully cross referenced my stove model and found a part that was compatible with it- according to their site. It arrived and was not compatible. Result a total loss of $316 - return shipping of $198 and their 10% restocking fee. make it too much to return. And then there's a chance they may find some small reason to say its damaged and reject the return. Entire product goes in the trash.

We’re sorry this experience was disappointing. We understand how frustrating it can be to order a part you believe is compatible, only to find that it doesn’t fit once it arrives—especially when return shipping costs are high. Stove and fireplace parts are often very model- and revision-specific, and even parts listed as compatible can vary based on production changes, serial ranges, or configuration details that aren’t always obvious. For that reason, we do our best to provide clear compatibility information and make our return policies available up front so customers can make informed decisions before ordering. Returned items are inspected only to confirm they are unused and in resalable condition, and returns are not rejected arbitrarily. If there is ever uncertainty about fitment, we always encourage reaching out before placing an order so we can help confirm compatibility and avoid unnecessary return costs.
I 2day expedited a shipment of a couple of door hinges for my wood stove. Both of my hinges broke at the same time. I can only lean the door against the stove. VERY DANGEROUS. Hence the 2day shipping. Its 6° where I'm located. It's been 13 days since I placed the order. Called customer service twice. They said there is nothing they can do.

We’re truly sorry this happened. Waiting on an essential part during extreme cold—especially when it affects your ability to safely use a stove—is a miserable situation, and we understand how upsetting that can be. The order was processed and shipped promptly, but once it was in transit, delivery timing was controlled by the carrier. In this case, there were no additional options available to expedite or redirect the shipment while it was delayed. We know that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating. We regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I was searching for a fire place part. And even though they did not have it, they helped find a website for me that might be able to solve my problem. Thank you Harlo!

Always helpful, had an issue with one part in the last 10+ years & they stood behind it. Great crew, quick & accurate shipping, competitive pricing. They have parts for most of the gas & pellet units that I service here in New England.
