Amy was great! I think this world needs more people like her. With everything she had going on she was able to tackle the issue and she did it with a smile. I will not go anywhere else for my storage needs. Thanks Amy!

Spoke with Kayla in the corporate care center and she was amazing! Let me freak about a bill and was calm and collective and worked with me to get to a manager. Really good at her job.

My experience was fantastic! Walked in virtually with no heads up or warning was met with the most courteous and upbeat person who told us all and showed us what we needed to know. And once unit was picked, when she asked for the address we reside in she then told us of a closer location to where we are. She was extremely helpful and loaded with personality. I think I found my new storage home! The attendant was Kim C. At the 4822 Whipple Ave NW Canton Ohio 44718 location

Hi Mark Seymour, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at StoreSpace. Thanks again for taking the time to leave us this information about your recent visit. Take care!
The facility at 30 Sea Cliff Avenue, Glen Cove, is impeccable. Clean, well illuminated, and most of all extremely courteous manager and staff. Nick received me with a smile and made my experience there extremely pleasant. He accompanied to my new unit, and even found me one that was right opposite the one I was already renting. I could not have a better experience and welcome. Also Jackie, who made the reservation for me and is an assistant manager, was fast in finding me a unit, and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this location!
