They have very good post-sale services, my hardware had some defects, and they agreed to send me a replacement. Their staff is very friendly, professional, responsive, and understanding who listens to logical reasoning.

The worst costumer service I ever encountered. The shipping company delivered my package to a neighbour (but didn't say which one). Couldn't get in contact with the shipping company and Huion just ignored my messages multiple times. Thank god the neighbour brought me the package themselves 2 weeks after.

That’s the main reason I’m giving a 5 star review. Even thought the response was slightly late in the beginning, once I explained my problem they provided multiple solutions which solved my problem. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I ordered a Kamvas 22 Plus that would've been a great product if it weren't for the issue. Fortunately, the customer service is responsive and quick. They gave me a replacement for free.
