Evence X helped me a lot because I bought the wrong pen.

J'ai acheté la tablette Kamvas pro 16 plus (4K), et je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux pour une première tablette graphique. La qualité est au rendez-vous. Vendu avec de nombreux accessoires : gant de dessin, stylet, support inclinable, etc.. J'ai aussi acheter le Mini Keydial pour compléter mes équipements. Cela fait presque 1 an que je l'utilise et je suis toujours aussi contente de mon achat. Un rapport qualité/prix vraiment top pour du 4k. Je recommande sans hésiter !

My tablet stopped working after I had it for a year and when I contacted Huion they agreed to replace it after going through a few easy steps to troubleshoot it. Evence X was incredibly helpful and very fast and efficient to reply to my emails. Thank you!

I had an issue with my screen tablet suddenly not recognising the pen. Jane from technical support was very professional and friendly and quickly found a solution to the problem for me. Many thanks.

I could not get my Kamvas 22 plus to work with the pen and the screen seemed dull no matter how many times I reset it. I received an email from Jane who took my problem seriously and talked me through checking cables etc. even asking for videos of my setup. She determined that the screen was faulty and arranged for a new Kamvas to be sent to me. Her constant replies to any queries I had kept me up to date and informed on the delivery. Thanks to Jane I am now able to carry on with my artwork. Cheers.
