He contactado con el soporte tecnico debido a un robo de cuenta.Tienen todo automatizado,no hay manera de contactar con ellos solo a traves de un formulario automatico. No te comprueban facturas,no te piden Dni,te ponen muchas pegas. Tengo mi ultima facturacion,no comprueban conexiones ip. En fin les he dado toda la informacion y dicen que no es suficiente. Pero todo esto automatizado,en ningun momento se ponen en contacto contigo ni te preguntan nada,tampoco empatizan con la gente. NO utiliceis epic games y mucho menos compreis sus juegos. Recordad que os pueden robar la cuenta y os quedareis sin ella. Habeis perdido un cliente EPIC GAMES. Lamentable.

Ich habe immer wieder versucht nett zu sein und habe den support oft angeschrieben. Sie schreiben aber nicht zurück, ich warte seit 1 Monat!! Ich verpasse die Skins in diesem Fortnite-Battlepass!! Wenn das der Fall sein wird, spiele ich NIE WIEDER Fortnite oder etwas anderes auf Epic Games. Bei Steam z.B. dauert die Supportantwort nur etwa 2 Tage und das jedes Mal!! Ich habe viel Geld für Fortnite ausgegeben, vorallem für Fortnite-Crew!! Ich wollte der Sache einfach nur auf den Grund gehen und bin immer nett gewesen, aber wenn Epic Games nicht zurück schreibt, dann selber Schuld einen zahlenden Spieler zu verlieren, indem sie ohne Grund meinen Account sperrten. So viel Zeit umsonst!!
