Not good. No actual support for issues with purchased games. At least you can get some of the money back

I’ve been banned for cheating on Fortnight for a whole year which I never have cheated and wouldn’t even know how I’m 58 years old and I only play if my daughter wants me to help I’ve explained this to epic but they won’t help 🙈 disgusting customer service I wish I could take this further somehow my daughter is distraught 😞

Hemos comprado una tarjeta de pavos y no nos han enviado código de activación, después de varios email con el soporte que ofrecen, lo único que dicen es que están los pavos en la cuenta y no es cierto, no aparecen y no dan ninguna solución. Hemos perdido 36€ Servicio de atención al cliente pésimo.

Chodím si tam každý čtvrtek pro free hry, to je bezkonkurenční marketing. Díky nim mám v knihovně tituly za tisíce. Ale samotný klient (launcher) je tragédie.
