This company has deceptive practices. offering low price for paying online then 2 months later raising the price up 70 dollars. I`ll never use this company again.

So 2 months ago a lone female member of staff on site accepted me unknown off the street to show me available units this was a girl called Amber. Scroll forward 2 months and I have gone a month in arrears. The same Amber over the phone was threatening to cut off my expensive Abus padlock and sell my stuff if my account is not up straight by 11 february 2022. Fair enough but i said no need to cut it off i will come in and take it off. Amber now knowing fully who I am unlike our first meeting insinuates that she as a lone female would not be comfortable with that because i might assault her. At that point I said how dare you and ended the call. I now have a few days to pay my bill which I will do. My message to Amber and Storagemart is rather than make such accusations at me , sort out those Chinese people running their shipping business out of there and tell them to stop doing their disgusting spitting everywhere. You know Covid and all that........
