I would definitely recommend Stop-Over because they were very quick to ship and pricing/shipping were reasonable.

I was looking to replace my Travelpro wheels that broke apart so I searched for replacements. Stopover showed the option of upgrading to inline skate wheels. I ordered them, as specification-wise it looked as though they would fit. I received them in a couple of days and they installed perfectly. I expect these wheels will long outlast the bag. Also, the cost for the upgrade was equal to or even less than replacement with the stock Travelpro wheels.

I don't have any complaints about my experience, they had the aftermarket part I needed, if not a little bit overpriced. Would use again for sure.

After searching the internet for a drivers backrest for my Royal Star Tour Deluxe motorcycle and finding that the very few that were available would cost me anywhere from $350.00 to $500.00 I found one on the Stop-Over Store web site for around $90.00. I ordered it and and received an email thanking me for the order and stating that it would be shipped that day. A few days later it arrived in the mail with simple and clear instructions on how to install it. I'm no mechanic but had it installed in no time. I'm very happy with the backrest and the quick and friendly service of the Stop-Over Store. I would and will recommend their company to anyone.

Not only did I receive help with determining what size replacement wheels I needed for my old Travelpro suitcases but got additional information to make the installation process (old style cotter pins!?!) easier. So nice to have a friendly person actually answer the phone (no phone menu, yeah!) and provide the wonderful customer service that some of us remember from years past.
