Best retailer for the best luggage.
I needed a new suitcase for work before my next trip which was scheduled in three days. Thinking I didn't have the time to shop online I went to several local luggage stores. I was not satisfied with the type of luggage they sold nor the outrageous prices. None of the salesmen could even talk about the quality and features of their luggage. I sat down for a coffee and browsed the Stop-Over-Store website. Looking at all the choices I had lots of questions so I called their 800 number. I was given straight forward and helpful answers that helped me decide. Additionally they said it would take only 3 days for their standard free shipping. I ordered right away online, however, I accidentally ordered the wrong model. I called again and they helped me cancel the order and order the correct item. Long story shorter - item arrived on time and it's a great piece of luggage. Couldn't have expected a better result. Price was reasonable too.
