Just ordered my first two bags from The Stop-Over Store and I am very satisfied with there service and the products I ordered. I expct to order from them in the future.

I paid extra for two-day delivery. It should have arrived the day before we left allowing me to use it for our two-week trip. However, it was then scheduled for delivery the evening of the day we traveled. I had to go online and have UPS deliver it to a neighbor. This was unacceptable to me as I could have gone with the cheaper shipping. I feel a refund of the shipping is in order.

Colors, patterns and shades could not be clearly view. A Cut above has a better website to view uniforms and measurements. However goods did arrive on time.

Excellent help on the phone. Wheels arrived super fast and I was ready to roll with new, easy to install wheels in just a few days. Will call in future for all my luggage needs. Thanks Stop-Over Store
