Very easy to order the plates I needed!

I had unfortunately broken two pieces of my dinnerware. Stone+Lain helped me locate them. The customer service is great. They always got back within a day. I couldn’t speak more highly of them.

I have only received half of my order.

Not only is the product beautiful, but I had an issue with my order as it was sent to the wrong address. Customer service was incredible and quick to send out a new package once they realized that the dishes were already delivered to the incorrect address. Can’t wait to start using my dishes and would buy from them again 100%
