I never heard of this shit company and they sent me a micro SD card. Wtf? I never order from shit companies like this, if I need something I go buy it at a REPUTABLE store.

I decided to give them a chance and ordered an air fryer. Said I need to make a down payment so I tried to log in said wrong information and when I tried to create account says it said my email was already in use. Call customer service and spent 45 minutes trying to get answers and keep getting transferred. Total scam company

Refund refusal of defective item. Personalized necklace name not clearly readable. Second letter in name obscure. Very disappointed.

This company STINKS ordered a fireplace stove and waited thru 3 delivery dates to receive a broken non working heater. All they say is return it then we go to do just that AFTER hiring someone to help load it because we are 80 and can't lift it. Then FedEx wanted to charge $200 to ship it back because this company never sent a return label. Stoneberry did not offer to make this right in any way. Think might b lawyer time. Will b turning them in to Consumer reports FOR SURE!!! Don't buy from them if we read the reviews we would not either. We R stuck with a piece of crap that won't work and not gonna pay for it either. They can come get it. We have pictures to prove the packaging was destroyed

I have had only good experiences with this company. Things are on the high end, but no worse than others I’ve run into online. They delivered quickly, items were packaged well, not damaged. Some of these comments are so unfair.

Worse company ever does not stand behind shipping Issues nor will they refund money placed order label wS created on Oct 1 2024 but item never arrived worse mess ever and my upcoming payment hasn't been adjusted the balance at all this is the second occurrence first wS table chair set table arrived torn underneath this site is a big Ripoff No I Want Recommend this Company

I just want everybody to know that there is a rip off company I purchased a Bissell cross wave pro pet pro shampoo and it broke and it seems like a lot of people who have purchases from Stoneberry gave the same review had the same problem and they charged me $469 for it when I went on the Bissell Site it’s only going for 269 so I will never order from this company again and I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well

Do not use this service the company Is a scam ther products do not work or they are fake this company should never be telling to people to calm down who ADHD or austiem big red flag
