I bought a victor 8 in 1 wood music center, my instructions book is for anther Victor stereo !!!

You won’t believe what STONEBERRY company just did.I made a Review&got in touch with the Better Business Bureau Bureau and made an Complaint August 2026.My minimum payment Everymonth is 34 dollars a month.Normally I always pay before my due date which is the 31st of Each month. After I make my payment early around the 5 of the Month Sm Agent would call me on the 31st asking for a payment.I told the Agent to look at my payment to see that I already paid. The Agent Apologized.I look on my Account they changed my payment to 60 dollars I called once again The agent apologized.STONEBERRY still did not remove the 60 dollars knowing my minimum was 34 dollars. Now I called to speak to the Supervisor she apologized saying it will be resolved Asking me to call Better Business to get them off their back in other words to let them know it would be resolved.I told her I’m not making another payment until I see my account back to normal and that I won’t call Better Business until then.Guess what STONEBERRY did they removed the 60 dollars for September I seen that so I went ahead and called the Better Business Bureau and removed my Reviews I made on Trust pilot.Guess what I wake up this morning an Agent called me asking for a payment I said Excuse me my payment is not until the 31st of each month and that the Supervisor told me to pay 5 days before the 31st guess what else the Agent said My payment is for 51 dollars Now.Unbelievable they played me.Last month They apologized took off the 60 dollars,Had me call off the Better Business Bureau Bureau,Remove my reviews about them just to Lower it from 60 to 51 dollars After they had me lean up their Mistake,I won’t be making any more payments I reported them Once Again &I won’t be removing any more Reviews I’m going to let the Public know how Terrible this company really is.Always check your Account.Do not trust this company .This is why you are trying to Negotiate Once Again.I know my credit terms.Thats why the Supervisor Apologized &Your Agents for trying to Double Charge me but It didn’t work and It’s not Working Now.I will not be taking down my Review this Time .Nir am I going to stop following through with the Better Business Bureau.Everyone please be Aware of this Company

This company is a joke. They extended credit for me. I ordered several things from them that I never received. I believe it was sent to the wrong address or my neighbor was stealing packages. They will no longer allow me to order anything. Customer service is terrible!! I was asked to contact customer service for the 10th time. They don't give a reason as to why I'm not able to order anymore

Relieved a catalog with a credit offer. Figured, let's see what this is about. Placed an order and received it in 2 days! I was so impressed! So I placed another order. That order went to the wrong address. It was like jumping through hoops to get through to a live person that I could understand. They sent me a form to fill out. Then no word for weeks. Made my payment. Tried to place another order and it kept getting canceled automatically. Yet daily I get emails about my over $500 in credit. I took the time to sit and wait to get through to a Supervisor. Only to have her say I was wrong, the package was delivered to the same address as the 1st time. (I have the screen shot of BOTH emails when the packages were delivered) it's CLEAR it is NOT my house. I even asked could I send them to an email where someone could check (since every other email says don't reply to this). Let's just say it is a huge let down. I thought it was going to be a good credit to open and I basically got shot down and out because of the mistake of the delivery driver. Now I can not order or use that credit. Take me off the emails that I constantly get then. Also, have the drivers take a picture of the house address! And maybe NOT tell a customer that they are wrong when they have the PROOF!

I ordered some stuff went over the $250.00 limit. So order was canceled. I called and ask what i had to do credit company said to call back and reorder my stuff I did and it was approved got email saying it was approved. Never got it. So I called back 29th March and I was told the order was canceled. The man told me he would have credit company call me.

I wanted otems cancelled but they sent them anyway. Had to wait 2 weeks for a return label and had to carry this heavy item to a fedx store. Never ordering again
