StockCharts.com is a critical provider to my investment company. Not only are their charts terrific, but I also upgraded my subscription to get more data, including longer-term and historical stock prices. The support is fantastic.

If having been a subscriber for over 11 years now is not enough, consider the folks who have helped with difficulties I've had. All things technical are challenging, but nowhere else, to my knowledge is there exceptional product support and education provided within the platform. Where I have had challenges, usually, but not always due to operator error (i.e., me) folks like Mindy Reynolds, Talia Miller, Ariel Hardy and others have been there to quickly respond to help. This is invaluable. In the rare times where the system was having problems, these folks kicked up the issues to folks who could remedy the problem I was having, which any problems were always quick to be resolved. All things involving coding have periodic troubles. Witness problems with the rollout of Windows 11 and other operating systems. Stockcharts has had a minimum of these concerns compared with other coded programs. Finally, I credit Mr. Chip Anderson for his leadership and work with outstanding folks like Mr. Grayson Roze, Ms. Jayanthi Gopalakrishnan, and the many columnists whose thoughts can be considered in the daily and weekly articles posted. By and large, in my humble opinion, Stockcharts is the best platform I've experienced to date. I have experienced at least 5 other platforms. Kudos to the hardworking and friendly folks who work there. And lest there be any doubt, I did not receive any compensation or benefits from posting this.

It is a wonderful source for honest assessments on the market, and provides the most coherent and useful technical training I've come across. New and experienced traders and investors can all learn from the excellent authors who contribute to the many articles provided. The charting options are vast, with pretty much any indicator you can think of. It is also a very easy to use site, with really outstanding support if you ever need it. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their skills.
