I cannot log in. I cannot get a reset link. Someone said they would send it to me and it never arrived.

the stock charts do not update share price automatic. i have to refresh. i have complained and they refuse to fix there software bug.

I have already paid for StockCharts with a subscription. However, it seems every article is a gimmick to get me to sign up (pay more money) to learn “the next best AI stocks to buy, etc., etc.. If all your so-called analysts are just gimmicks, they should be preceded by a big “PAY MORE MONEY” disclaimer. W. Smith

Our office has a few stockcharts users. Our CIO has to re-share his chart lists every time he edits them with new tickers. Then we have to go delete the old chart lists, and copy the new chart lists he re-shares. It still blows my mind that there is not a better way to do this.

While there is the ability to get lots of data there is nothing substantial to help with trading. Lots of "This MAY mean..." or "It could be an indication..." And lots of backtesting examples on what worked.

Not very user friendly the whole year

The charts themselves are ok. I do need some help to get more out of the site. I do the basics and thats about it - no screening no searches. I doubt I know 10% of what the thing can do. Getting ready to drop it.

I DID CONTACT STOCKCHARTS WHEN THE FEATURES I USED WERE REMOVED. AS I STATED below they told me to go to a different screen and do "THIS" and it's almost the same. IT WAS NOT THE SAME SO STOCKCHARTS DOES NOT CARE. I HAVE THE E-MAIL TO PROVE THEIR RESPONSE when I pointed this out IN April 2026. THEY TAKE THE FEATURES AWAY AND YOU ARE SCREWED!!! Have been a member for a long time. This is my complaint, and I see I'm not the only one: When they do updates and improve things on their website, (as they do periodically, with no warning), features and screens and ways of sorting data, that you depended on and USED FOR YEARS, "DISAPPEAR". They just vanish, and your routine is toast, and if you ask about it, stockcharts says you can do it this way, and that way doesn't really work at all, and basically, every minute for the last bazillion years you have tried to make this website work for you, has been a complete waste of time, because the way YOU used it is no longer available. So, no, don't recommend.
