The only reason for the 4 stars is the tags did not stick as well as the tags we tested out from our previous order. David Bryant in customer support was great to work with, he gets 5 stars!!!

Took several weeks for delivery but other than that it was a good experience.

The graphic turned out very nice but the tape is super thin for packing our boxes. We will upgrade to wider and thicker tape next time. Very helpful!

Ordering and delivery time was great, but boxed was mashed which affected the top layer. Not enough to file a claim with UPS but did lose a few.

Final product looks great. The art design team/customer service was helpful. Lack of stars is for time between order and initial contact (looks like I never got the first email, so I had to follow up) and then the number of simple mistakes that stretched our design time out a few days (such as typos that would be fixed in one and then wrong again in the next).
